What hotels will we be staying at?

Hotels will be announced about one month prior to the trip.

How do you handle seating on the bus?

We ask that all people initially sit with the person they are sharing a room with.  Once we have the bus fully loaded, then people can spread out to the open seats. Each day we will switch the people in the open seats.  That way everyone that wants to can have a chance to have an open seat beside them at some point during the trip.  Additionally, we will have to reserve a few specific seats at the front and back of the bus for handicap individuals.
